I love to operate. I always had the knack to take things apart and try to figure out the inner workings of things. I took those interests and my thirst for tough challenges into the surgical field. Both my parents were doctors and I think I learned alot just by being around them. My mom was a pediatrician and my dad a urologist . I guess I couldn't miss being a doctor.
This is my 12th year in practice serving patients in Hamilton, Tipton and Madison County. I perform a wide range of general surgery both open and laparoscopic. I especially enjoy laparoscopic or "minimally invasive" procedures of which I have done numerous cases. I have taken care of countless patients with breast disease and I continue to focus in the care of these patients. I can now perform same-day ultrasound diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in my office and have a newly founded breast clinic for your community.

I have been in private practice since 1996. I originally started in Tipton and Elwood but decided to bring my practice to Noblesville as well in 1998. I did my surgical training in Chicago, Illinois. There I gained a great deal of experience at Cook County Hospital. I grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana and my wife is from Indianapolis. Since 2004, I also perform surgery at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital.

Yes, I have a big family, six children to be exact. I enjoy spending time with them. They are my pride and joy and I wish I could stop them from growing up too fast!

I minored in spanish in college. In fact I studied in Seville, Spain during my last semester in college, spending a total of six months there. Thus, I am fluent in Spanish. During my surgical training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago I was able to practice my spanish with the hispanic population. I still enjoy communicating in spanish whenever I get the chance.

I will understand your problem fully; however, my promise to you is that
YOU will understand your surgical care COMPLETELY each step of the way. If I am not compassionate or "not listening" I am not doing my job. I take pride in making you well and I want you to be happy.
As always, a referral from a patient is the greatest compliment I can receive. I thank you for your confidence in me.
